TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) is an information security standard and platform developed specifically for the automotive industry. Driven by the German Association of Automotive Industries (VDA), it ensures that manufacturers and suppliers adequately protect sensitive data, prototypes, and intellectual property throughout the supply chain.
TISAX takes the requirements of the global standard ISO/IEC 27001 as its basis and adapts them to the automotive sector by adding specific controls for:
